At MINT MEDIA, we strive to deliver high-quality services to all our clients. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Service-Based Business

Since our services involve creative and digital work, refunds are generally not available once work has started.

2. Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting any processing or administrative fees.

3. Work in Progress

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client will be responsible for payment for the work already completed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed projects

  • Approved designs

  • Client delays or lack of communication

  • Changes in client preferences after delivery

5. Revisions Instead of Refund

If you are not satisfied with the initial result, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions based on the project agreement.
